These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Unveer website. By using the website or submitting information through it, you agree to these terms and acknowledge ourPrivacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Unveer is operated by Project1303, Inc., doing business as Unveer. References to “Unveer,” “we,” “us,” and “our” in these terms mean Project1303, Inc. d/b/a Unveer.

2. Website use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or misleading information, or use the website in a way that violates another person's rights or any applicable law.

3. Text messaging terms

If you enter a mobile phone number and separately check the optional text-message consent box, you authorize Unveer to send conversational and informational SMS or MMS messages to that number, including messages sent using automated technology. Messages may concern your inquiry, requested information, scheduling, services, or follow-up communications.

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
• Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately, or submit ourSMS opt-out form. We process opt-out requests within 10 business days and typically much sooner. We may send one confirmation message.
• Reply HELP for help, or emailsupport@unveer.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide and are authorized to consent to messages at that number. You agree to notify us if the number changes or is reassigned. Your consent applies only to Unveer and is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We honor opt-out requests for the mobile number provided. If you later want to receive messages again, you must provide new affirmative consent.

4. No professional advice

Website content is provided for general informational purposes. It is not legal, financial, or other professional advice and should not be relied upon as such.

5. Intellectual property

The website and its content, design, branding, and software are owned by Unveer or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of any website content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unveer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website.
