Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, work email, firm, phone number, inquiry details, and optional text-message consent. We may also collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and website activity through hosting, security, and analytics services.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- respond to inquiries and provide requested information;
- communicate about comparisons, services, scheduling, and follow-up;
- send text messages when you have separately opted in;
- operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the website and our services;
- prevent fraud or misuse and comply with legal obligations; and
- maintain records of communications and consent.
3. Mobile information and text-message consent
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, text-message opt-in data, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information to service providers that help us deliver messages, operate our systems, or support our communications, but only so they can provide those services on our behalf and subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

4. When we disclose information
We may disclose information to vendors that provide hosting, form processing, analytics, communications, security, and other operational services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell personal information for money.
Notwithstanding this section, mobile phone numbers, text-message opt-in data, and consent records are handled as described in Section 3.
5. Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including legal, accounting, security, and consent-recordkeeping needs. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your choices
You may decline the optional text-message checkbox and still submit the contact form. If you previously opted in, reply STOP to any text or use our SMS opt-out form to withdraw that consent. We process opt-out requests within 10 business days and typically much sooner. We use the submitted mobile number to process and document the request. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
7. Children
The website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above identifies the most recent revision.
